It's not just insurance...
Govt is the worst payer of all insurers, and what do they force people onto, yup more govt. So, struggling Non-Profit providers get squeezed, all insurers determine what treatments are to a large extent and screw the patient and the providers get incentivized (like with "the jab") to peddle latest pharma miracle, drug costs here vs elsewhere is a joke (though I get why R&D costs require exclusivity on going to market to recoup investment) there is room there and in other things for some independent audit review so insurers and patients aren't getting screwed...then there's all the bureaucracy, largely government-driven that needs streamlining, there's a host of issues...
