Ukraine will need to change its constitution to accept the terms of any likely peace treaty. So, yes, elections will have to take place before it can amend its constitution. Negotiations are however entirely possible without elections.

So Ukr could have a presidential election under martial law
No. It's the martial law (rather than the Constitution) that prohibits Presidential elections. But the martial law gets renewed by Rada every 90 days; all they need to do is not renew it next time (or temporarily suspend it in order to hold the elections).
Has the Rada had recent elections? Are they valid members now?
No recent Rada election. Yes, they are still legitimately members of the Rada: according to Article 83 of the Ukrainian Constitution, if the term of the Verkhovna Rada expires under martial law, it will automatically be extended until a new Rada is seated following the end of martial law.
The whole point is that there's no such stipulations in Ukraine's Constitution about the office of the President; and in fact, per Chapter V, Article 103 of the Constitution, the President is only allowed to serve a maximum of two full 5-year terms.
I mean that the Constitution explicitly states that Verkhovna Rada members will serve past their elected terms in case of martial law, until the martial law is lifted and the elections are held - but there's no such stipulation in regards to the President. Conversely, there is a limitation of 2x5-year term for a President (but not for Verkhovna Rada).
As Z man gutted constitutional court to the point of it having not enough members to carry out decisions - no, it cannot.
