Title: Not buying the cover story...what are these jackasses really planning?

Because its next to DC?
Maybe they are worried about spomeone sneaking a dirty bomb in from that direction.

Or its just to get you used to seeing military copters overhead

Because.....it's in Maryland which has a half life of about 5 years.

Maybe they already are.. just never reported or reported and we missed it.
