Unhackable and unsnoopable?  BS!  If the hardware & software cannot be penetrated currently, it will be, and then there is the "carrier" backdoors and clandestine encounters to overcome.

More secure, perhaps, not impenetrable.

And I bet that added sense of security will make it hurt when you visit the restroom!

Hell it's probably an NSA front.  What better way to identify targets of interest than offering a supposedly secure device?

True, and probably not hard to pull off in a struggling socialist democracy like Spain.  I think I have just moved this scenario to "most likely" status.
