I know it's wrong of me to wish ill of others. Like this Eric Cooke bass-turd for instance. I know that it is wrong to wish horrible searing pain, terrible disfigurement, and haunting fear of righteous retribution. Or even the fervent wish that he gets visited with the event of a home invasion or a car-jacking, unable to defend himself - like the serfs of Connecticut that he has so casually condemned.
I know it's wrong - so I'll just keep it to myself.

That's what you get when you comply with registration. The ones who registered after the deadline accomplished nothing more than pointing out that they own a scary black rifle that is unregistered. They are the small subsection of gun owners that State Almighty believes can be cowed and made an example of. They would have been far better off had they stuck with the patriots who didn't even attempt to register theirs.
But they'll be the next ones on the list, sure enough. When it happens, it will prove yet again that we already have de facto registration nationwide anyway because how else would they know who to target?

Saw this on the blaze yesterday. A couple of points. Letter dated Jan 2nd and we are just now seeing this ?? Also, previously the state was just requiring guns to be registered. Now they are requiring elimination or confiscation.
What is it going to take to wake this country up ????????????????????????????
I did see a opinion yesterday which stated that they would probably not come to your home. If you do not comply, they will put a felony conviction on your record, revoke all licenses, driving, hunting, fishing, go after your finances and basicly ruin your life and fix it so you can never get a job.
If a stand is not taken here in the months ahead, there will be no hope for the American people.

You, you silly sod, are extrapolating from your own cowardice. Just because you wouldn't risk death for your principles, doesn't mean there aren't folks who most certainly will. And, not to put too fine a point on it, but folks who are willing to die for their principles are most often willing to kill in righteous self-defense of them as well. You may be ignorant of such people and their ways. You may think that they are insane. But surely even you cannot be so clueless that, insane or not from your point-of-view, such people DO exist and in numbers unknown. This is the undiscovered country that you and your tyrannical ilk have blundered into, like clueless kindergarteners gaily (no pun intended) tap-dancing in a well-marked mine field.
You know, when this all started I looked at my wife and two kids and wondered if I would ever have the courage to do as the Founders did.
But now, years later, I know exactly where they found it - looking at their wives and their kids. There were periods where I looked at what was coming and felt that empty pit in my stomach. I felt the fear of having to do this, of having to fight. Now my biggest fear is that I will go down without taking one with me. The anger and frustration they have heaped upon me each day only has made me more sure that dying for this cause is more valuable than surviving to live on under what will come if it should be defeated. I am no longer afraid. If I was given the chance to strike back at these immoral tyrants it would be a release from the daily pain and humiliation of suffering in silence. I do not want to waste my life foolishly, but at this point I am certain that if this battle isn't won, there is no point in living on. If called upon to die resisting a gun confiscation I will do so, without hesitation. That is what each one of these officers is facing. Let us hope and pray that God grant them the wisdom to stand down, and thereby protect their own lives and their own families.

I don’t see any mention of the fact that in addition to whatever number of Connecticut citizens who choose to shoot rather than be slaves, there are people like me in 49 other states who will pack the necessities and drive to Connecticut, rather than wait for the fight to happen in our states.
In other words, Connecticut State Police, you will have to face the three percenters of the entire country, not just your state. We actually don't care WHERE tyrants live. We're just eager to put some holes in them. Anywhere, any time, is just fine with us.
We have had enough and the communist takeover of America is going to come to an end. No amount of blood is too high a price.

Back from dealing with the family situation. In the mean time, as you can read from the links below, all hell has broken loose in CT. I am informed by various sources:
"Don't come to Connecticut anytime soon, there's cops and politicians up here who want you dead."
"The fox in in the henhouse over at the Legislature. There's people who voted for that damn law who want personal protective details NOW. They also want you in jail."
From the CT state police: "Mike, the upper echelons don't know whether to sh*t or go blind. You really hit them with those last two letters. Much discussion -- some whispering and more than a little shouting. They realize that this is a PR nightmare and they don't know what to do about it. I heard (a supervisor) cussing Malloy and Lawlor and that (graphic expletive deleted) Vance. All of a sudden they're starting to realize that we are on the line to be shot at and not them. . . The higher ups (like Vance) can afford to be in denial. We can't."
Goodness gracious, no good deed goes unpunished. Here I try to help them out and they go and react poorly. I guess it's a good thing CCDL won't invite me to their shindig this year. Too many politicians who are embarrassed to be seen with me on the same stage, is what I hear. If they are all that concerned, why don't they introduce a bill to postpone enforcement until the US Supreme Court has a chance to rule. At the very least, they'll be forcing the tyrants to go on the record one more time. I guess that makes too much sense.

Reported by The Blaze: Democrats in Missouri introduced startling anti-gun legislation that would require gun owners to hand over their legally purchased so-called “assault weapons” to “the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction” within 90 days. Under the proposed bill, “Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution.”
So essentially the law would turn a law-abiding gun owner today, into a felon tomorrow.
State Reps. Rory Ellinger (D-86) and Jill Schupp (D-88) reportedly introduced the anti-gun legislation, House Bill 545, this week.
Gun confiscation is being talked about more and more by lawmakers as a means to get so-called “assault weapons,” which are really semi-automatic rifles, off the streets. Democrats in California last week also proposed legislation that called for the potential confiscation of the state’s 166,000 legally purchased semi-automatic rifles.
California Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg (D-Sacramento) defended the massive gun control package, saying “we can save lives.”

I love how Mike puts it all on them, that how thins thing breaks is ALL on them, and that added twist of truth where he mentions that Nuremberg shows that any "just following orders" BS is not going to fly with people, challenging them to not take a bullet for fascist masters from people with one ultimate vote left to them that happens to reside in the breach of the very weapons your masters wish to take. On a lighter note my daughter is waiting for her ccw to arrive any day now!! But for some reason she wants me up ther this summer real bad?? When that happens it means that she wants my wallet up there too. But then again I did promise.

I have two girls, 9 & 7, and I like to think I have my pride and the ability to say no as needed, but I do, I'll say, indulge them! Their older brothers haven't noticed, but Mom sure sees it!
