Title: Cruise Missile Threat from the Gulf of Mexico

Nothing new here, if you have surface or sub-based capability and sail into international waters anything is a risk, just like sea-launched (SLBMs) have always been a risk.

I always wonder if such obvious threats are merely offered up as reminders come budget time...
