It seems as though he's not being protected -- right now -- by assertions of "officer safety" and "followed protocol", so, we'll see.

G'damn cops are out of control everywhere.

Obviously, the dog was a Tea Party Conservative or Libertarian...

Hmm, I'd say turnabout is warranted, the dogs owner should be allowed to slit the throat of this idiot...

And whoever gave this psycho a badge, should be put in a pillory in town center and have feces thrown at them for a week...
