This is interesting, the PTBs have a vested interest in covering their fat crony asses, but the tug-of-war can provide some drama...seeing how this ends could show how others stressed nations handle their situations...in the end the cronies usually get things their way...one day though there could be a "screw it!" moment and missiles start flying...
