This pisses me off to no end. Butchering the English language to suit their friggin' needs. It's NOT a damn subsidy. It's tax breaks. ::pullhair::

Go for it.  A banana republic people deserve the crash that would happen when you implement an ADDITIONAL tax on property of 4% per year.

Enjoying services like efficient snow removal, and infrastructure restoration when a hurricane impacts Staten Island (actually screw them, they're the most Republican of all the NYC boroughs).
