US, normally agreements between nations are called treaties and require Senate approval...unless you are No Limit Skittles...then the Senate and the Constitution are an impediment...which of course is the intended effect...something this erstwhile Dictator refuses to understand along with the rest of his rules-don't-apply-to-us Democrats who vicerally hate the Founders and the Constitution...

Yes, right sentiment, though the pigmentation is a bit off...

Let's hope the ending is the same and the getting there is shorter.   ::praying::
