Pretty bold, and I would be shocked if this was not done at the behest of Vlad the Nation-Inhaler, probably had one of his close fellow oligarch's run with it, just another FU tot he West.

Of course, the Russophiles at ZeroHedge seem to think it is the evil West behind this and framing innocent never-do-wrong Russia for this criminal act (http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-02-15/worlds-most-sophisticated-cyber-attack-how-hackers-infiltrated-banks-stole-millions).

World is going nuts, prepare accordingly.
