Title: Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (DemonRat-RI) - Use RICO Statutes to Quiet Deniers!!!

Chilling.  Usually we need a Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Castro, Kim, Pol Pot, Hussein or some such nefarious ilk to actually propose to pervert existing laws meant for criminals to be employed in bullying legitimate skeptics of global warming/climate change to shut up and toe the cult party line...or else!

Basically, Senator Whitehouse is beseeching Americans to read their Constitution, understand its mechanisms and learn why a certain Amendment, tucked in-between the First & Third ones, was written & included as part of the overall "freedom package" constructed by our founders.

Another perfect example of how the State will inevitably use any power given to it against the citizenry in general.  It's for this reason government should always be treated as a last resort option for any problem.
