I think the shouts were that "akbar" bullsh*t, not "Praise Jesus", so...Mohammad's death cultists...again...

The only thing surprising in this story is that Mali has luxury hotels.

I know the French have been involved there for a while, assisting with anti-terrorist activities there and neighboring Chad.  It's probably part of this general assault against France and its interests.

You have to get the luxury package just to ensure getting somewhat modern indoor plumbing, I guess, I don't know...I avoid Africa like the plague...because it has lots of plagues.

27 dead...only 2 Islaminals mentioned...10-12 total estimated in the attack...means a lot of hostages must have been hurt...
