"Given the potential for abortion to become a tool of eugenic manipulation, the Court will soon need to confront the constitutionality of laws like Indiana’s."

"Having created the constitutional right to an abortion, this Court is dutybound to address its scope. ...  The Constitution itself is silent on abortion."

All that safe, legal, and rare crap was mostly crap on the RARE part!!!  And I love how Thomas said the right was created!

Anything created out of thin air can be returned in-kind!

And, people are right about Sanger...and I remember well the succubus and incubus praising the progressive Sanger!

Notice how the "fetal remains" must be handled exactly as HUMAN remains.
