Generally speaking...it's relatively quiet around the globe...which is my primary cause for unease...rather have stuff happening one way or another!

I say yes, although "who knows?" No reason diplomacy couldn't be conducted enroute, but maybe not.

Indeed, in the digital age face to face business is typically done only for ceremonial signing of agreements and multinational pow-wow's...and everything does not go through front door State/Foreign offices...so much back-channel stuff...
ETA - If not saying it's nuke-powered...chances are it may be nuclear.

Seems an easy one to say it isn't if it isn't...and it seems others know it is and are leaving to the Russians. I suspect if the reactor is undamaged and not leaking then they hope to salvage it and say no big deal...and so far we/West is giving them a grace period.

OK, starting to see the reason for the VP to stay in town...sounds like Vlad just executed some opposition in his Naval forces!
And yeah...investigating this is a guy who being a former Boomer captain would have to pass KGB muster to even step foot on a Boomer and really get examined up the wazoo and watched like a hawk by the assigned Zampolit! So...likely a survivor like Putin who knows who butters his bread.
