In the 90's, B of A was taking matricula consular cards as proof of ID in order to open accounts.  Been traitors long time.

You're right. I was an account holder at the time and approached BOA for answers. The answers I got weren't satisfactory and I went elsewhere (my first real boycott). Never looked back.

The cops/feds often do not need a court order to obtain phone records. They often can obtain them from databases obtained from phone companies or other apps.
