I have been wondering why there are no suits filed, just as there are few suits filed against the lockdowns and private businesses depriving their customers of their civil rights.

Me too, I just don't get it. Either there are lots and news of them is quashed (making it easier for Marxists to dismiss them from consideration) or people are skipping ahead to the end game and not bothering... I say use Alinsky against them, if anything cripple the fricken corrupt system!
