Well, this is illegal as it gets, but so is Joe and all his henchlings and everything they do...in no section of the Constitution does any part of the government have a right to abscond private earnings here for any non-US group of international racketeers...
They are bending the law with nefarious foreign aid giveaways of taxpayer funds and violating our Founding principles by entangling us in foreign intrigue and this insanity breaks the law completely...
