This effectively destroys what little is left of the 4th Amendment...just think what kind of transactions occur at this level would a despotic central government want to know about? It effectively renders personal privacy DOA. Well, PA/NADA did too on a digital scale...this just seals the deal.
What a load of statist crap!
Will be a boon for the underground economy...making honest people jealous of their Liberty into outlaws may not be the disincentive the statists think it is!
