Unfortunately, in this case she's right, albeit for different reasons.  The Chinese don't give a rat's  ::mooning:: about our Diplomats not attending; what they want is to get their hands on our athletes.  Warnings to them about not speaking anything negative about China while they're there have come from other, better, sources than Pelousy.

The Games should have been officially boycotted this year.

Yeah, I would be all-in for a boycott too, and not just for any reason but multiple reasons...
