Time for another booster for it?

Long before this she was mocked some firefighter doing well on an exam by studying for it, as though that was a joke. I think she wanted to grant a summary judgement motion to reject some affimatie action motion to challenge hiring of blacks over whites. I.e. the facts that would be introduced in court could not matter.
