Wait till the greenies find out about that. they are the ones that killed multiple long duration space missions because of the fear of an aborted launch sending radioactive material everywhere. NASA is restricted from launching radio active materials by law but they could seek a waiver.

I reckon Vandenberg AFB is exempt from waivers, bet they only need executive authorization...Musk's SpaceX been putting stuff up for years from there...and there is definitely radioactive materials powering equipment...particularly plutonium
And for NASA seems they follow their NPR guidelines...and DARPA being DOD I bet they go through them...
