Switch may see a drop for Rus coffers, but they and China will recoup a bit in trade goods the Kaz will get mostly from those two pals with the profits they earn of the Euro's...net-net Rus may see a slight decline but to me China is probably a bigger winner as I bet they provide more goods to the Kaz...

Yeah, or maybe the Kazachs mark up RU uranium and resell it. Lots of that going on with RU oil now. Sometimes mix a little non RU crude with the RU crude to cleanse it of the RU sins then mark it up and re-sell.
Reminds me of an interesting Bald and Bankrupt episode. He and GF broke into the Kazach site of the RU space shuttle. Got caught, paid minor fine, no big deal. Not what got him in trouble elsewhere.
