A partial success...

But this beast is bigger than the Saturn V, and Von Braun blew up a lot of rockets...in few months SpaceX will try again to prove out the whole cycle...and I bet they do it before the year is out...

Can you give the time stamps for the separation and the gliding down part? Are they shown are just animated?

Some was real. Some said simulation. I will look closer some time.
