I did not know USN&WR was still around. I cannot even imagine coming up with such a ranking.
Bald and Bankrupt visited Belarus. He talks to lots of people on camera. It did not seem that bad. I trust such citizen video bloggers more than the MSM. Indigo Traveler made around 10 videos from Iran. In one he hitch hiked around 500 km, 11 rides as I recall. People seemed down to earth. Maybe like Americans in 1950s. Down to earth.
He was from NZ. If from US (the great Satan) he would need a govt approved minder.
