The reasons for reviewing both should be obvious...DOJ wants to win incrementally on both violent and non-violent grounds...though ironically they are correct in the differences...in no way should a misdemeanor be allowed to be conflated up to a felony in Fedcoat eyes by any justice if equality under the law even means anything anymore...and the abuses of the non-felony domestic cases notwithstanding the obvious nature of a fricken drug dealer Rahimi doesn't make the two equal in reasonableness or risk...so SCOTUS should take up both and show what boundaries authorities must respect in 2A rights situations.
