I heard it was based on some border set 100 years ago and now disputed.. VE has lots of their own oil which they screwed up. You can bet Russia and China laugh at these VE morons behind their backs. Bald and Bankrupt recently did videos of him with illegal immigrants moving to US from Darien Gap. MANY were from VE. They said the economy got much worse with the new president.
