I like the multiple band aids above. Multiple vaxxes I guess.

I recall some WI case where a dairy wanted to increase their herd size and had to file an environmental impact statement. They did. It was rejected because it did not include global warming.

Actually they got lucky as this was pre covid and covid shut downs closed schools and tanked milk demand.
