It's essentially a motorcycle.  People are going to crash and hurt themselves.

I saw a dominos pizza delivery ebike a while back. I am told it for people who do not have a vehicle or maybe do not have a drivers license.

Well, raise your hands if you see younger to middle-aged dudes riding bicycles everywhere...even in winter (LOL!)?  Those would be your license-less chronic DUI folks...

Even funnier...can still get arrested if blitzed while biking...

You likely know this being in MN, but the chronic DUI people have plates starting with W. The so called whiskey plates. The legal and insurance costs must huge. BTW the kids said some teachers had them.

Oh yeah, they started with W, believe they had to move on to another letter...plus, cops can pull them over anytime when they got the DUI plates...

My HS was rowdy...I prefer to think of it as more fun than others, but that was me then...had two notable habitual boozeheads with double-digit DUIs...seeing them on TV long ago (the rise of those angry MADD mommas) it was like "yeah, makes sense"...
