She's going after everything they've earned, kind of like they did with Trump.  They are literally just shaking down companies that do business in New York, now.  They can use this global warming bit to shake down any food producer if this stands up.  Solution?  Food companies need to stop all shipments to New York, until this is tossed out.

From memory. Some WI dairy farmer wanted to expand his herd and completed all the govt paperwork including environmental. He was refused permits because he had not addressed global warming, maybe from cow farts.

Turns out he got lucky. Then covid came and school milk buying tanked.
