I agree, this is the most horrific free speech decision ever...and it must be hammered into them with a flood of lawsuits what fracking abridged really means!!!
If memory serves, SCOTUS struck down the temporary injunction not the main case.

Pretty sure they rejected hearing it on standing grounds meaning the lower court decision stands...
