This is good news on many fronts. First, it is a big slap in the face to the lower courts presiding over several lawfare cases persecuting Trump...it basically says "go back and stay in our official acts/private acts guardrails and know that you need context, facts...all the stuff a normal trial should be focused on...not imaginary motives and mental gymnastics to make something it isn't"... Second, it means hashing through the details means this is kicked out quite a while, so many of these cases (Smith's, Georgia) are likely on very little life support...and if Trump is elected they all go away... Third, it makes the current FJB clown show go even more looney and the panic is likely to become truly manic in the leftists and who knows what crap they pull next... Lastly, it makes one wonder if the corrupt Merchan will give jail time seeing as they have run out of any other lawfare efforts for this year...
IMO he does the latter Trump goes from wiping out FJB/whoever to possibly making it a clean sweep... The entire corruption and lies of the left are laid bare for all to see, one would have to be dead not to see them...

Bringing the Constitutional guardrails back in place threatens their unelected unaccountable asses back into accountability! No longer (unless under a puppet like FJB or some other corrupt compromised leftist tool or simpering Cuck!) will they be able to run amok!
This and ending the Administrative fiefdom that Chevron imposed are going to be two of the most consequential decisions made that blunts the rise of despotism in America!
