Previously they gave up drug trafficker Konstantin Yaroshenko, then scumbag arms dealer Viktor Bout...now it is reported he coughed up individuals who disappeared off the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons database that match names given out by the Russian outlet RIA:
Alexander Vinnik - money laundering
Maxim Marchenko - money laundering
Vadim Konoshchenok - supplying dual use tech/ammo to Russia
Vladislav Klyushin - conspiracy, wire fraud and securities fraud
Roman Seleznyov - cyber crimes and fraud

Almost certain Trump would not have had to overpay so much to get 3 people out. And Trump has also warned a precedent could be set for kidnappings to get more deals like this in the future. In fact Trump has gotten people back without giving up criminals in his first term, he secured the releases of Michael White, Sam Goodwin, Pastor Andrew Brunson, Joshua and Tamara Holt, and Pastor Bryan Nerran.
