Well, the mouthpiece of the corrupt DOJ and said corrupt DOJ itself ought to know corruption when it sees it...
In this case I reckon a big distraction from the horsesh*t record (crap economy, open border/rampaging illegals, endless wars yearning for WWIII status, rampant crime, rotten private job market, humiliations du jour abroad...) and their own corruption...
