The Romanian court cancelled election alleging Russia interfered with election via Tik Tok ads.
It turns out that one party PNL paid $200k and used 130 influencers with scripts to push a candidate to take votes away from another party they feared. They 'knew' the candidate they were pushing could not win but would weaken the other candidate. The tik tok pushed candidate WON.

??The Romanian tax service ANAF has established that the TikTok campaign of the winner of the cancelled first round of the Romanian presidential elections, Calin Georgescu, was not paid for by Russians, as Romanian intelligence claimed (which was the formal reason for the cancellation of the first round results), but by the pro-European National Liberal Party of Romania.
?? The tax service established that Georgescu's social media campaign was paid for by the National Liberals, whose goal was to attract voters away from their rivals, the Social Democrats.

When a democracy offers up a result DINO's don't like, the DINO's cancel the results and try again...and employ new means to force the choice they want, which is themselves...
