I heard that there was chatter of a 3 film revival/reprise and that Nathan Fillion was interested, not sure about the rest...

Morena Baccarin was 23 when in firefly and 32 when she started in Homeland. When I saw her in Homeland I thought she was younger than in firefly and thought it might be her daughter. I guess she does look older in homeland.

That long documentary I linked to was good. It said that the idea for firefly came from the movie stage coach with revers replacing the Apaches.
