I had no idea this guy had so much experience. At link he was chief of staff to Collin Powell. He said that the proposed US strategy was to sit on top of the mountain and crush anything of size before it could grow up and threaten us. . GHWB wrote on it "send this back to the crazies in the bottom of the Pentagon."  Later this became US policy after 9/11 He says around 13 or 14 min. .

He says Israel is doing US bidding not the other way around. He talks about USS Liberty around 46 min.

He has taught in some military and civilian colleges. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_Wilkerson

I remember this guy, he's pop up on the talking head circuit...

The kill it before it got bigger really wasn't a universal application...  Is PRC still around?

Maybe it applied to the lesser players like Iraq and such...

Take known nuke nations out of play...

Is Iran still full of Mahdi Death Cult theocrats?  Is Cuba still communist?

Frack Yugoslavia, frack Ukraine...how about Iran, Cuba & Venezuela get spanked?

Can't make blanket statements that this is universal policy...it isn't consistent.

But it underscores one clear and undeniable point - when GHW Bush betrayed the Reagan Revolution the "NeoCon" influence in Pentagon and Foreign Affairs blossomed...as did the rest of the DeepState players.  And not only is their policy inconsistent and often hypocritical, it often creates more problems than it solves...  But the US is hardly alone in the world in this.  China is a straight-up bully, ask their neighbors (other than Russia, lol)...  Russia, ask Syrian Baathists and Azerbaijan how their security guarantees are...
Europe, ha, well Europe...such a mess...
