If the Court fails to uphold common sense then they are setting the stage for a hostile foreign takeover of America...it means our only recourse would be to kick parents out to their native nations and keep the kids if the refuse to take them with them and be raised by the government...right?

This will have to go to SCOTUS. I recall it has never been litigated.

The term "born" has never been sufficiently defined nor the impacts of what we are witnessing now contemplated...yet I cannot believe The Founders would be for what is in essence an invasion of people purposely choosing not to enter legally and follow paths to citizenship according to our laws...nor believe that "refugees" or the "oppressed" would wave the flags of the nations they supposedly fled in fear when citizens upon taking their oath are required to renounce any prior nation allegiance...the 14th Amendment was never meant to grant universal birthright citizenship when one looks at the "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" language...

Illegals by definition have not surrendered their previous national citizenship...so their only "legal" "jurisdiction" is the nation the fled, not the nation they fled into and refuse to be a legal citizen of...so how can their children be considered legitimate?

They have a lot to unpack, but if they focus on intent and common sense there should be no automatic blanket birthright citizenship...
