Title: Florida has a good idea and I want it in every state!

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) has announced a new initiative in the state, the “Second Amendment Summer Tax Holiday,” which will allow Floridians to purchase ammunition and firearms in the state tax-free.

Under the new sales tax holiday, firearms, ammunition, and other related accessories will be available for purchase in the Sunshine State without added sales tax.

DeSantis shared at a press conference, “We are unveiling ‘Second Amendment Summer Tax Holiday.'”

“So from Memorial Day to til the Fourth of July, you can get your ammunition, your firearms, and your accouterments tax-free in the state of Florida.”
