Title: Russia Revives Wet Work

An astute Administration would see this as a golden opportunity to train nations (I am thinking more along the lines of the former Soviet republic's in particular) in counter-espionage as a means to keep these mongrels at bay.

Doubt seriously ever stopped but, either way, the Old, 'New And Improved' Soviet Union is only a matter of time!

I don't think it stopped per se, merely had a pause during the Yeltsin years.  Putin misses the old ways...
