Title: Natalie Wood case
Post by: Libertas on November 18, 2011, 12:08:38 PM
I dunno about this guy...is he trying to tell me he told this same story to the police more than a few years ago and nobody "listened" to him.  Not sure I buy the official line of what happened to her but not sure I am buying this Davern story either.  The truth is likely more somewhere in between...

Quote
The Los Angeles Times quoted Sheriff Lee Baca as saying recent comments by Davern, who was interviewed for a book project..........

And there you have it.

There have always been questions and there have always been stories.

It's "news" fodder now.  O'Reilly just had Jerry Rivers on, blathering about it.

I think the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is "going overboard" by "dredging this up" again .

Although it might not be a bad idea for R.J. to take out one of those reverse mortgages and get the hell out of town .  ::stirpot::

Accusations without evidence. The media decides what to air and what not. Without evidence, accusations should not be given airtime, no matter how sensational.

Whether she or Wagner were in a heated argument or not, the ultimate cause of her death probably remains the fact that she was sh*tfaced drunk -- which is not a good condition to be in on the deck of a small craft where the smallest misstep can send you over the side into 52 degree water.

Water, alcohol and the dark do not mix well.

He had better taste in women than he did boats.

It was probably an alternate private place to go get drunk.  What a junker.
