Here and there we've talked about banks and the little problems
we've had with them. Also talked about their viability, came across
a current two bank table at Ann Barnhardt (http://www.barnhardt.biz/) which is at the top of the page currently. Wanting to know more
I checked around and found:
http://weissratings.com/ (http://weissratings.com/) In the center of the page is a click box of
several ratings, insurers, thrifts, etc. It requires one to sign up.

I'm going to move this thread to "Economy", Charles, which is where one of Ann's recent articles on banks is located.

My bank , in my small Ohio hometown , has been locally owned and operated for over 85 years ... it's safe , conservatively run and quite sound ... and I like it that way .

Till the Fed stops currency deliveries, then your're screwed SH. But, if that happens we are ALL screwed.
