Title: SCOTUS: Need warrant to track by GPS

So one small glimmer of liberty remains

The government had argued it was no different than a cop sitting in his car and watching someone (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/01/23/supreme-court-gps-devices-equivalent-search-police-must-get-warrant/)

I bet law enforcement next lobbies congresscritteres for an over-arching federal law allowing fast-track warrants for such activity.  They'll never give up the chase, you watch.
