I always have mixed feelings about amazing new military technology. On the one hand, I like having an unmatchable arsenal vs. would-be enemies. On the other hand, I see things that will almost certainly be used against our own citizenry at some point and feel uncomfortable about the government having such an enormous technological advantage.
