Post by: Pandora on February 05, 2012, 10:39:41 PM

I'd say the threat level from government has increased since 1996, wouldn't you guys?

If I knew how to get myself and my boys plugged into a local militia, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I would say that, to an anxiety-provoking level.  Mr. Johnson was speaking not only on behalf of conditions present in '96, but, prophetically of current events.

Ditto on the local militia, but I'd rather join a neighborhood group of the same type of construction.  And that's been something at which I have no skill (what people-skills?) in forming.

Hell, my neighbors seem like the types who would probably turn me in to the FBI if I suggested such a thing. Maybe I don't give them enough credit, but that's my impression.
