In all my 49 years, I have never heard the term "supermoon" before.

I looked at it this morning and it wasn't anymore "super" than usual .... although I haven't checked for a tide surge in my toilet bowl yet .

I didn't see it until about 2AM, we were socked-in, but it didn't look any bigger than usual to me.

I think it was only 14% larger or something like that. Guess you'd have to break out your telescope and slide ruler to notice. Besides, this so-called 'super moon' is nothing compared to the mooning we've been getting from the democrats lately!

Lower on the horizon also causes appearance to be larger, didn't have a clear shot up here till early this AM.

I didn't break out in fangs & fur so all is well.
