Typically the E-GOP just grabs its ankles and cuts a deal that stinks like a sack of skunk butts before the courts rule on squat...

But this year, after Mr. Obama did use his powers, Democrats reversed course and said he was justified.

Of course they did.

And guess which attorney was hired by the Republicans ..... Miguel Estrada.  POW!
