But it is never enough for redistributionists like Obama, he could take it all and the impact would be negligible, all else being static.

The real problem is that obama can take 100% of the top 53% and it still would not be enough for him to redistribute.

100% of all will not be enough.  After the redistribution he cannibalize his own.
