At least Russia pursues its national interests unapologetically. They may have a tough time grasping the whole "freedom" thing, but at least they aren't actively committing cultural and national suicide like the West.

Yesterday Russia announced they would not be accepting American aid to help with their crime problems in Moscow. As I understand it they are mostly drugs, prostitutes, and polar bears ;) Of course now that they reinstated the crossacks. . .
