Title: Syria's Bashar Assad Assassinated by Bodyguard?

This report from France has him clinging to life after an assassination attempt by a bodyguard. Such a monster deserves to die, but the Islamists who replace him will be worse, and will move the region a step closer to the Caliphate that Obama is trying so hard to facilitate.

Pretty much exposed the fact quite well that the death of Assad is immaterial to the ultimate goal of the radical jihadis, the killing will continue even if Assad dies...
